I have everything uploaded but when someone fills out twitter user and pass that works and it tweets a message, but their generated URL doesn't work I need help to fix this.

404 Not Found
The requested URL /followers/t=cmcyouthgroup does not exist.

You need to put a question mark infront of the t like this:

That still does not work.

.htaccess has // in it and that is all

my config file looks like this:
